The pressure-reducing valve is a valve that reduces the inlet pressure to a certain required outlet pressure through adjustment, and relies on the energy of the medium itself to keep the outlet pressure automatically stable. From the point of view of fluid mechanics, the pressure reducing valve is a throttling element whose local resistance can be changed, that is, by changing the throttling area, the flow velocity and the kinetic energy of the fluid are changed, resulting in different pressure losses, so as to achieve the purpose of decompression. Then rely on the adjustment of the control and regulation system to balance the fluctuation of the post-valve pressure with the spring force, so that the post-valve pressure remains constant within a certain error range.
The bellows pressure-reducing valve is a direct-acting bellows spring pressure-reducing valve.
It is mainly composed of bellows, adjusting springs, valve seats, valve discs, and other parts. The bellows are used to sense the pressure of the valve to drive the valve disc and to change and control the opening of the valve to realize the function of reducing pressure and stabilizing pressure. Set the outlet pressure with the adjusting screw.
The direct-acting bellows pressure-reducing valve is sensitive and balanced in pressure regulation and pressure stabilization and is suitable for use in gas and liquid medium pipelines.
